Abi’s background is in elite, competitive sport. She is an ex-international athlete and played sport professionally in Europe and Australia. While training as part of the GB squad, Abi qualified as a PT (REPs L3) knowing that this expertise would not only improve how she trained herself, but also allow her to share her elite training experiences with others. Throughout her career, Abi has worked with world class trainers and she shares all that expertise with her clients Lomax, where she works as a PT and teaches classes. Abi is a seasoned communicator, working in health PR for the past 10 years and loves to write. She has her own health and fitness blog (Get Your Kicks) and also writes articles for a number of other health and wellness websites.
