Chantal is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Yoga Teacher, Author, Nutrition and Diet Advisor, with NLP, and founder of Live Lean Health She graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, and Aditya Yoga School and now enrolled at CNM to study Biomedicine. Her journey started almost 18 years ago after two years long battle with anorexia and 16 years destructive relationship with food, which forced her to then turn her life around due to health issues. She believes medicine is on our plates and she implements both nutrition and lifestyle in her coaching practice. A healthy vegan, food activist and author of the Live Lean Health Plan, The Live Lean Detox plan and her latest” Innocently Sweet, creator of the Live Lean inspirational Cards and contributor to several magazines and online platforms like OM Yoga Magazine and speaker at several events and workshops. She mainly works with women who seek positive change, physically, spiritually and emotionally, and other clients who want to regain their health and feel their best ever!
