Whether you are approaching the menopause or suffering symptoms of menopause it is worth including ground flaxseeds in your diet. Flaxseeds are phytoestrogenic which means they can help with oestrogen balance, they are also a good source of fibre and essential fats.

  • 'Linwoods' ground flaxseeds come in many combinations with mixed with goji berries and pumpkin seeds etc.

What You'll Do

  • Include a spoonful of ground flaxseeds daily in your yoghurt or smoothie. Have a go at making flaxseed crackers.
