The stress spiral feels like being covered in layers, and layers of blankets until you're so completely covered you can't move. We all stress - it's natural as humans. But when our stress becomes multi-layered, it can become harmful. It looks something like this: I'm stressed, that I'm stressing, about the stress, that's happening from that stressful situation. You may not have control over what's stressful, but you do have control over stoping the spiraling reactions to stress.
