Sounds like fun, well it is and it’s the best thing you can do for your health too. Your circadian rhythm is something you may not have herd of but it is the be all and end all when we are talking about what and when hormones are released. I think most people can understand if hormones are being released at the wrong times in the wrong amounts it’s not good well that’s exactly what can happen if your circadian rhythm gets messed up, not to fear though there is a very simple free effective way to solve this.

What You'll Need

  • Breakfast and partner (optional)

What You'll Do

  • Stand outside facing the sun with as much skin showing as possible between sun rise and 10am, this will set your clock for the day and improve hormone timing.
  • Next step is to release oxytocin which can be released by simply by hugging a loved one but let’s face it special cuddles is much more fun and before you ask self-service is an option if no one else is around. The release of oxytocin will help repair any damaged neurons responsible for the pathways controlling this information transfer in the brain.
  • Finally a big breakfast first thing will not only kick start your metabolism but it will increase leptin sensitivity (your master hormone) which aids in a number of functions from energy management to fat lose to sex hormone balance.
