A Low Oxalate Diet Can Help: Here's How
Dr. Clare Morrison found she could treat herself from fibromyalgia with a low oxalate diet. This first came to my attention via a link to an article which was posted on the UK FMS Guai support group. I then did some google research and found the Low Oxalate Diet support group and website which is run from America has pages on Research, Recipes and Food Lists and a link to the support group. I've been following the diet for about four months and it does make a difference for me. Make sure to check with your doctor before you try anything.

Tips & Warnings
- This is a complex diet to follow, with food lists against which you'll need to check everything you eat. A Low Oxalate Diet [LOD] is recommended for other conditions like kidney stones and oxaluria, and there is research in the States about the connection between oxalates and autism. Always consult your doctor before to take on any dietary changes to treat serious health issues. You can read more here: http://www.lowoxalate.info/.
