Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate: It is no secret that water is a vital macronutrient and we require it in order for our body to carry out its everyday physiological functions. Drinking regularly is essential and make sure that if you drink lots of tea and coffee you’re drinking water to counteract it as these act as diuretics. Drink around 2L a day, you may require a little more if you’re exercising and sweating a lot. However, be aware you can overdo it and too much water can become dangerous.

  • Make sure you're having water not just tea etc

  • Flush out all the toxins in your body
