Alcohol casues dehydration which often contributes to the sore head the next day! I recommend sipping a glass of water between each alcoholic beverage to help prevent or reduce dehydration. Try and drink at least 2 glasses of water immediately when you wake up too. People are often tempted to reach for a coffee but this will only contribute to the dehydration due to the caffeine.
