- Imagine a line from the top of both ears until it joins at the top of your head (this should meet just slightly behind the very center of your head). Give that area a good press with your index or middle finger. The pressure will help and you will feel a gentle "release".
- Five minutes you should start to feel better. Do it as and when you feel eurgh.
