If you wake up feeling exhausted and not refreshed, drinking a cool glass of water may help. Dehydration can increase feelings of fatigue, so drink at least 1 glass of water upon waking. Ice water is best, as it refreshes you, and the cold will help to wake you up. It seriously works!
