Do you seem to suffer from anxiety? Do you get anxious over seemingly small things? This can all be traced back to your childhood. Everyone suffered some sort of trauma in childhood. I’m not talking about physical, mental or sexual abuse - although it could be any of these. Just having someone shout something like ”You stupid child, why did you do that” can be traumatic for a young child and cause anxiety. It also creates a limiting belief for the child along the lines that they are stupid, are not loved and will never amount to anything Limiting negative beliefs are created because until the age of six, we do not have a conscious mind which can logically evaluate such comments. It gets worse as a part of our brain called the Reticular Activating System will actually look for evidence to support this belief. The initial trauma, and the attaching feelings gets logged into our subconscious mind and every time we find ourselves in a situation where we are made to feel stupid can cause the same anxious feelings we felt as a child. Matrix Reimprinting is a fantastically gentle method of releasing the emotions, feelings and limiting beliefs associated with the childhood memories and replacing them with positive beliefs,.
