Reiki and Relaxation
Reiki is known for promoting relaxation and reducing stress. It can also help with anxiety and panic attacks. When we are having panic, our brain tells our body to go into, "fight/flight" mode. Reiki helps to calm and relax our mind and bodies and clear our thoughts. Reiki balances our energy through energy points, called chakras. Essential oils can be used in a session as well. Lavender and Frankincense, are great to diffuse for relaxation.
