Feeling exhausted is a sure sign that your life is out of balance. You need to act fast before exhaustion turns into burnout. Here are my 3 top tips:

  • 1. Top of the list must be catching up on sleep. Most of us need 8 hours a night. If you're not getting this then start increasing your sleep hours immediately, even napping for 90 mins in the afternoon when you can.
  • 2. Work less. Say no wherever possible. Take regular breaks during the day. Always take an hour for lunch and go outside if you can. DO NOT ANSWER ANYMORE EMAILS AFTER 6PM AND BEFORE 9AM
  • 3. Tun off your tech. Yes after 9pm every night turn off your phone, your computer and your TV. Read books, take baths, play music… Enjoy the downtime that your mind and body needs. You will be amazed by the ideas and inspiration that only comes when we actually learn to press pause and rest a while :)
